Peter Rosen, ARNP, FNP-C

Peter is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of nursing experience. Known for his approachable style and thorough care, Peter is passionate about helping patients feel heard and supported at every stage of life. His clinical expertise includes family medicine, chronic condition management, preventive care, and men’s health. Patients appreciate his ability to blend medical knowledge with genuine human connection.

Jen Rosen, RN, MSN

Jen is a nurse leader with 18 years of diverse healthcare experience, including direct patient care, education, and leadership roles. She brings a whole-person perspective to Connected Care NP, ensuring that each patient’s experience is not only clinically sound but also compassionate and personalized. Jen is especially passionate about women’s health and empowering patients through education and advocacy.

Peter and Jen created Connected Care NP to bring a modern, patient-first approach to Iowa City, combining the best of traditional and integrative care in a setting where relationships matter most. Together, they are on a mission to deliver accessible, personalized, and evidence-based care that empowers every patient to thrive at every stage of life.
